How much do you charge for a shoot?

Great question! Contrary to some of the other photographers you may have worked with, I don’t offer blanket pricing; each package is tailored to the individual’s needs and budget. That said, I do have a starting price for my services. This will give you an estimate of your investment. All criteria that goes into the pricing can be found on the booking page!

What should we wear?

Please wear whatever garments and props you’d like to be featured in the photos. Those are the sole responsibility of the client unless discussed otherwise. We can decide on the number of outfit changes during the booking process. For example, if the photoshoot is for maternity, wear maternity clothing or an outfit that will highlight your little bun in the oven & make sure your Mr. or Mrs. matches your fly!

Can I bring a friend or family?

Aboslutely! In fact I encourage it, especially the funny ones. These are often the closest people to you, so I know they’ll help you feel more comfortable and can make sure you look your best.

Do you have a studio?

Another great question. I do not have my own studio or access to a studio currently. That type of photography is not really the style of photots I like to capture; I’m an “on-location” photographer and typically shoot outside in natural light. Even though it’s not my style, I’d be happy to help you find the right person for you!

Do you travel?

Generally, I am based in Jacksonville, FL for most of my work. However, I do often travel as far as Gainesville, FL, for example, for loyal clients. I am willing to travel (within 2 to 4 hours of drive time) to areas outside of Jax for the right price!

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes! As a result of poor experiences with clients in the past, all shoots require a $50 nonrefundable deposit to be confirmed. This goes toward the final price. To be clear, even if we set a date and discuss it multiple times, the date is still not confirmed until the deposit is paid. If someone books the day before your shoot with deposit ready, the time slot is now theirs! This is to encourage an active booking process before the big day and not waste my time or yours.

How many photos do we get?

The number of photos depends on how many you want. This also factors into the price. Numbers range from a minimum of 10 to 50+ depending on the type of shoot (events are generally 50+ depending on the time and type). Please get in contact with me to collaborate on the perfect package for you!

How do we get our photos?

Large photo galleries are generally delivered to clients via Pic-Time (a separate service from my site) and also Google Drive for smaller and/ or private shoots.

Do you retouch the photos?

I am not a big fan of heavy retouching to my photos. The most I tend to do is acne removal, when necessary, slight smoothening, and distracting object removal. All edits are tasteful and do not intend to alter clients’ appearances in an artificial manner. As of 2025, I do offer more intense skin retouching to acheive the look of flawless skin!

Can we post our photos to social media?

Of course! In fact, I encourage it. Once your photos are delivered, you will now have full sharing rights to the images and can use them for whatever you'd like! I just personally ask that you don't edit, crop (too much), or add overlay filters to them. These actions dramatically reduce the quality of the images when uploaded to social media. If you tag me or give me photo credit, even better! It truly helps keep me going.

What is your turn-around time?

I quote all clients a turn around time of 14 days (or 2 weeks) from the day of the shoot to deliver the final photographs after editing. This is to account for anything that may happen during the week, as I do work full time. Please plan accordingly! However, I usually have a turn around time of 3-4 days or at most a week!

Can you help us with planning?

Of course! That is one of the biggest parts of my job. I love working with clients every step of the way! Consistent communication makes my job and yours much easier. It also increases the chance that we'll achieve the vision we're going for. Although, I don’t miss! 🎯

How far out can we book your services?

The shortest timeframe I currently allow is a full week out. Otherwise, we can schedule a date as far out as you like. We will just have to remain in good communication to ensure everyone involved is on the same page.
